Thanks to FIBER and COMBI lasers, we can precisely cut out and punch desired complex sheet elements, at the same time guaranteeing the high repeatability of the operation.

We have two numerically controlled stations of 3D bending machines, which allow us to precisely bend the wire in 3D.

The FIBER laser allows us to cut tubes and profiles, whereas the CNC bending machine and coiler enable us to precisely bend and coil structural sections.

We have two multiple-axis machining centres, which we use for work on precise elements of specific orders.

We weld with MIG/MAG and TIG methods at 13 stations concurrently. We carry out spot and butt welding.

Depending on the material used, we apply selected joining technologies including flow drill, welding of threaded studs, or pressing in PEM nuts and bolts.

Because every product requires sufficient preparation, we offer surface shotblasting and grinding.

We can finish products according to the customer’s requirements. We have two paint units (automatic and manual). We can also perform electrolytic galvanizing and hot-dip galvanising at the customer’s request.

UV technology allows us to quickly print graphics on even surfaces selected by the customer. The printouts are clear, detailed and very durable.

By using SLA technology, we can prepare top-quality and highly precise models (prototypes) of selected elements.

The manufacturing tolerance of details is 0.05 mm.

Thanks to FDM technology, we can quickly transfer a 3D model to the real world and check the functionality of solutions.
